Get crafty these school holidays and make your own personalised clay sculpture!

Our regular school holiday hand building classes are back where we will explore sculpting techniques such as pinch construction, coil-building, slab building and various decorative methods to create your very own ceramic sculpture.
You will learn about the different stages of clay, and the journey from making-to-finished ceramic piece!
Sculptures will be kiln-fired by us and ready to take home within two weeks time, along with new found creative skills that can be applied at home or at school.

Explore the exciting world of comics! We'll guide you through creating your own colourful stories, using simple drawing techniques and lots of imagination.

Enjoy the sensory experience of working with clay. We'll explore different textures and techniques to create fun figurines for play or display purposes!

Chart your own adventures by making your own map! Add detail to your world and discover hidden treasures in this multi-media workshop.
These school holidays, kids can dive into a world of fun and imagination with our exciting workshops! Explore the vibrant world of comics by creating your own colourful stories, use different textures and techniques to craft fun ceramic figurines, or chart your own exciting world by designing a detailed map using mixed-media methods!
Comic club, clay worlds and map adventures will be run by Sunroom in collaboration with local illustrator Ben Pearmain.
Sunroom Studio’s regular school holiday hand building classes will also resume in January; teaching kids and teens essential clay techniques, such as pinch construction, coil-building, and slab building, along with various decorative methods to create unique sculptures.
** 15 min break for fruit and biscuits included, please advise if any allergies and BYO water bottle. Aprons/towels provided :-)
